standing miles high
breath is short the wind is hard
soften the blow with a swift run
back to walking on my own
went to a party with my friends
and other crazy dreams
adjust my sight just a little
or i'll figure it out too soon
make time take time make time take time
by october i'll find
space and sound and warmth for days
stretch out my voice
over taillights and bars from top to bottom they'll hear it
felt myself again
now more than ever
a fever stepped over
blew a gasket
i'm all i need
make time take time make time take time
a million stops away
went to a party with my friends
swore they looked like you
One Thing by Fish Hunt and Julie by Kitchen are my other absolute favorites off of this album. I keep going back to these and get overwhelmed with emotion every time I listen; they're all sorrowful yet beautiful and really get my heart aching. This is the kind of music I find myself getting lost in. Incredible album overall. Perfectly made for the melancholic. Maya Parker
such a solid mix of stuff for 11 tracks! luv how warm and sparkly the mastering is, and that transition from kevin's lament to prescience is godly jpeg2k
